Data accessed through the API with the Free Plan is intended solely for personal exploration and evaluation purposes and must not be used for any commercial activities.
Subscribers are granted the right to use EnergypriceAPI's data in their applications for both commercial and personal projects, provided they hold an active subscription. Once a subscription is terminated, the subscriber is prohibited from utilizing previously obtained data for any commercial endeavors.
The reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale, or exploitation of any aspect of this Application and its Services, and/or Data is strictly forbidden without the explicit written consent of CambrixAPI.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
Our infrastructure leverages cloud technology, equipped with backup and multi-layered redundancy to enhance service reliability. However, you acknowledge that there may be instances where the API is inaccessible. For a custom SLA, please contact us for an Enterprise Plan.
CambrixAPI may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle with reasonable prior notice.
Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of CambrixAPI.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. CambrixAPI does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of data provided.
In no event shall CambrixAPI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
